Southern Oregon Pilates is proud to be a host site for Body Arts and Science International teacher training! Our second course will be offered starting in September 2009. We will be hosting the Mat Work Teacher Training Course. Space will be limited so sign up early to reserve your space. Next course will start in Feb of 2010. It is our recommendation that you have at least 1 year of Pilates practice prior to taking the complete course and at least 6 months practice prior to the Mat certification.
