Beginning Reformer Class
 

 

Introductory equipment class meets 2 times a week for 4 weeks. This is the class to take to get you started working on Pilates equipment. Sessions will focus on fundamental exercises and time will be spent explaining the equipment and introducing new exercises as the class progresses. This class is also great if you have equipment at home and need help with learning the proper form and modifications!

Join us at Southern Oregon Pilates for our

Pilates for the Equestrian  class . You will learn the  Principles of Pilates. Why and how it can improve your riding. Mat, Ball, and Riding exercises and how to modify them for YOUR body safely. Balance and strength on the Ball and foam roller will add fun and challenge to your training.

Offered 2 evenings and one lunch time.  Who does not want defined, strong abdominals and a great behind ! The focus of this class is to strengthen the core and shape the front and back of the body by using a blend of movements from Pilates, The Lotte Berk method, &  traditional strength training.  Come prepared to work hard and have fun.

Classes offered Mon/Wed 6PM and Fridays Noon
