Personal Fitness Training

We evaluate your goals, physical and emotional condition, the time you can commit to workout, & available equipment to create a fitness program just for you! Whether you are working out in our fully equipped studio , the park, at home , or in your club our goal is to help you reach YOUR goals!

Our certifed and experienced trainers incorporate not only the extensive free weight and cable machines in our studio but also the use of balls, bands, BOSU, Bodyblades, and the nearby parks to make your workouts FUN, FUNCTIONAL, and EFFECTIVE!

Nutrition & Weight management

We offer practical and positive support with your nutritional needs. We can work closely with your physicians and/or nutritionist to create a supportive team to help with all your nutritional and weight and health management needs.


Seasonally we offer many camps, clinics, and conditioning workshops, for recreational sports such as golf, skiing, triathlon, cycling, mountain biking, running. If you have a group of 5 or more and a specific need we can develop a program just for your group!
