Intro to Matwork  
$ 60.00 This class is limited to 6 people so sign up now!
This course is 1 day a week for 5 weeks and is for those new to Pilates or those who have been away from it for a while and are interested in getting started again.
This class is an introduction to the concepts and principles of the work of Joseph Pilates. A clear understanding of these concepts allows you to safely and effectively move on to the beginning mat work classes. We will discuss terminology used in mat class as well as Pilates breathing, modifications and assists to exercises for specific issues such as osteoporosis, knee ,back ,neck injuries, and post rehabilitation . It is our goal to introduce you to Pilates work and inspire you to explore the mind body & spirit connection to your health.
 
Pilates Matwork
Small classes of maximum 8 people. The instructor will lead you through a series of challenging floor exercises designed to strengthen, and tone, increase flexibility , and clear your mind! 
 
Mellow Mat
Mat class for those needing a slower pace and /or a gentler repertoire. This class is great for seniors, or people with chronic back or neck injuries to get you started on the right track
 
 
 
  
REFORMER CLASSES
          
 
 Reformer classes
Classes of 3-5 people . Instructor led, these classes require a working knowledge of the concepts and equipment . A minimum of 3 privates and instructor approval to join. We strive to have clients of approximately the same level in these classes with an emphasis on rhythm and flow.
  
Senior  Mon/Wed 9am
 
Level 1 Mon and Fridays noon
 
Level 2 Mon- Fri 10am
 
Level 2+ Mon/Wed 5:30 PM
 
Level 2+ Cardio/reformer sat 7:45 ( 1 1/4 hours)
 
 
Cardio/Reformer must have completed minimum of 3 privates or instructor approval 

This is a 75 minute class. We start with 30 minutes of hard interval training and end with 45 minutes of reformer work! Please bring your heart rate monitor!

Pilates for the equestrian
 on request
This class is designed to increase balance, strength and flexibility especially as it relates to riders. This is an intermediate /advanced class. Instructor approval required
3 people needed to make a class!

Pilates For Golf 
Coming in APRIL!! Increase  core strength and flexibility. Special emphasis on balance and injury prevention. Reformer class pricing
