Classes of 3-5 people working on the Pilates reformer. Instructor led, these classes require a working knowledge of Pilates concepts and the Pilates equipment.  A  MINIMUM  of 5 privates and instructor approval are required to join.  We strive to have clients of approximately the same level in these classes with an emphasis on rhythm and flow.

Reformer – Intermediate

A FUN balance and interval training workout on surfboards balancing on balls!  Great for skiing, paddle boarding, surfing, and just plain old fitness fun ( be prepared to sweat in this one! )
