At Southern Oregon Pilates & Personal Training, we offer a free half-hour in-studio consultation. This gives you a chance to see the studio in person and meet with an instructor to discuss your current needs and goals.
What Is Pilates?
The Pilates Method is a system of movement and therapeutic exercises developed over the course of 60 years by Joseph H. Pilates. Among its many benefits, this safe and well-rounded approach to exercise focuses on flexibility, strength, coordination, and restoring muscular balance. Pilates helps people of all ages and fitness levels (from elite athletes to seniors and youth) reach their goals by developing correct neuromuscular patterns, increased body awareness, coordination, functional stability, and mobility.
All of our staff is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and we require proof of vaccination from all of our clients.
