Multiple class types & training programs
Earning high praises from local physicians, physical therapists, and coaches for their effectiveness and the high level of care and attention given to each client. Whether you choose private sessions, duets, or small group classes, you are sure to find help in reaching your goals.
55-minute one on one with an instructor. Private sessions are a great way to address your individual goals. Specific injuries or chronic conditions.
Equipment and mat work with two clients and one instructor. A great way to get more individualized sessions with a friend or partner at a reduced rate. Both participants are required to attend each session.
Reformer / Equipment
Classes are a maximum of six. Instructor-led, these classes require a working knowledge of Pilates equipment and concepts. A minimum of five privates are required to join a class. We strive to have clients of approximately the same level in each class with an emphasis on quality movement, improved function, and fun!
Mat class is currently not available as a regular class. Though, we often have special sessions of mat work at various levels.
(Privates & Duets Only)
A fun balance and interval training workout on surfboards balancing on balls! Great for skiing, paddleboarding, surfing… any sport! It's just plain ol’ fun!
Specialty Classes & Workshops
Southern Oregon Pilates & Personal Training offers specialty workshops such as Golf Conditioning, Pilates for the Equestrian, Stretch the Right Way, Balance for the Ages, and Paddle Up! Workshops run seasonally. Please check our events page for upcoming classes.
