Anastasia is not just a Pilates instructor she incorporates methods from various modalities (yoga, ballet, calisthenics) directing exercise to target areas of concern with a holistic approach. She truly listens to your concerns and formulates a plan, and meticulously monitors your movements. She has helped me build a solid foundation of Pilates principles. The best part is my workouts are low impact, fun, and build mind body connection, with results that have exceeded my expectations!

My sessions with Arianna are invaluable. She is quite simply the best trainer I’ve ever had: extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and creative. Having been through major surgery, I especially appreciate her ability to adapt exercises so I still get all the benefit while accommodating my constraints. Her training as a physical therapy assistant is also a great advantage. Ari is a kind supportive person who is committed to bringing out the best in her clients.
Debbie is an amazing person. She has all of the attributes of an excellent teacher: knowledge, caring, attentiveness, creativity, motivating, patience, confidence building. Her extensive knowledge of all types of Pilates exercises and human anatomy allows her to provide varied and interesting classes to all skill levels. Debbie is extremely effective at working with clients who have injuries, teaching them modifications to Pilates exercises that help them during their recovery. Every time I attend a class with Debbie I feel energized, happy and very lucky to have Debbie as my teacher.
Debbie Richter is an outstanding Pilates teacher and mentor. She has vast experience in Pilates and weight training. This is coupled with excellent knowledge of muscle anatomy and physiology. Her gym is very well equipped, allowing her to develop individualized, creative and varied programs. Debbie’s keen eye in assessing one’s form, and her mindfulness of any injury, create a fun and rewarding exercise session every time; and her warmth, encouragement and enthusiasm add to our very enjoyable sessions.

The quality of Kate’s instruction of and passion for Pilates is top notch. Kate’s classes are also fun! What We Teach
We are proud to have instructors with a broad base of certifications and styles; each of us having specialties including rehabilitation, physical therapy, dance, and sports performance. Our styles all encompass the contemporary forms of Pilates.
Contemporary Pilates blends the original work of Joseph Pilates with the current knowledge of the art and science of movement and rehabilitation. We are committed to professional growth through continuing education, accreditations, partnerships, and consultations with our physician, physical therapist, and Pilates mentors.
When You Sign Up
Our instructors will design a program for you based on a mutual assessment of your specific needs and goals. Introductory sessions target developing stability, focus, and control. An understanding of the basic principles of Pilates is an essential foundation. Learning Pilates is a process rather than an event and we take great care to work with each person at their own pace. A minimum of five private sessions are required prior to joining one of our many equipment classes. Our introductory package of five private sessions helps ensure progression at a safe and effective pace.
